The University of Puget Sound is hiring an Assistant Director of Admission to join our Admissions Department! The Assistant Director of Admission and Transfer Recruitment Coordinator serves as a representative of Puget Sound for prospective undergraduate first-year and transfer students. This position plays a critical role in the enrollment of a high quality and diverse entering class. The Assistant Director applies university admission standards, policies, and regulations in a holistic fashion to credentials of prospective undergraduate students to determine their admissibility.

This position will be able to take advantage of Puget Sound's generous benefits package, including:
-Positions that work less than .75 FTE (1,560 hours per year) do not qualify for long-term disability or education benefits.
-Positions that work less than .50 FTE (1,040 hours per year) will accrue paid sick leave but are not eligible for additional benefits.
-Temporary positions that work at least .50 FTE (1,040 hours per year) will be eligible for benefits.
To be considered for this role, a candidate must have:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of admission or enrollment management experience in higher education.
Effective public speaking and written communication skills.
Must desire to work in an environment that celebrates diversity. Must be flexible, handle a demanding work schedule, and be able to work independently within a team management structure.
Process strong organizational skills.
An ability to respectfully work, communicate, and provide leadership within a diverse campus community.
Compensation and Benefits:
