What We're Looking For
This position specifically supports the mission by providing advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring clerical skills, judgment and knowledge of University policies and procedures.
An associate's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a central point of contact for staff booking travel.
- Coordinate and oversee packing of all recruitment materials for travel including shipment of materials for out of state events, Parent's Network and international travel.
- Coordinate travel calendar and transportation for Student Foundation with Student Foundation liaison.
- Maintain inventory of technology checkout for staff travel.
- Ensure compliance with University travel and departmental policies, and procedures.
- Employ, train and supervise 2 student workers to help assist with recruitment travel.
- Maintain inventory of travel materials and guest refreshments.
- Coordinate reserving and billing of the UGA rental vehicles and reconcile all Voyager gas expenses and distribution of Voyager gas cards in coordination with Procurement policies.
- Maintain partnership with rental agencies and serve as main point of contact for Enrollment Management.
- Oversee the approved driver list and ensure that all staff are up to date and approved to drive for the University.
- Oversee college fair invitations and creating recruitment events in Slate. RSVP for college fairs as instructed by counseling leadership.
- Work recruitment events as assigned.
- Provide backup coverage for receptionist duties as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
- Ability to comply with University policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
