Location

Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Communicates with and counsels prospective students through the admissions processes. Tracks and reviews documentation in order to complete file for an admissions decision. Assists with hosting information sessions and other recruitment activities for prospective students. Provides academic advisement and curriculum overview for current students in the program(s).

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proactively serves and provides guidance, counseling, and advisement to students in the program(s) regarding curriculum requirements, processes and policies (e.g., orientation, course selection, registration, payments, graduation, etc...)
2. Communicates with and processes prospective applicants and directs applicants to compete application files for acceptance/rejection decisions and then follows-up to convert accepted applicants to enrolled students in the programs
3. Monitors the enrollment growth (quantity and quality) of the program
4. Measures and tracks the satisfaction of the current students for all program components
5. Identifies and resolves challenges or opportunities impacting program success and stakeholder satisfaction
6. Provides reports and updates on activities, opportunities, and challenges relevant to the program
7. Analyzes and reports admissions and enrollment data to department leadership

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Other Required Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license

Required Experience
One (1) year of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's from an accredited institution of higher education in related field preferred

Proposed Salary

The minimum of the salary range is $36,200. Offers are based on relevant experience.

Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
