What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator to support the mission and vision of the University within the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences.

A Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant work experience is required. Three years of relevant work experience is preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of one another.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective students
  • Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries pertaining to prospective students
  • Implement targeted calling/e-mail/mail campaigns to shape enrollment goals
  • Support the program through managing data in the CRM that will enable effective communication and acceptance of prospective students and admits
  • Evaluate and process data from completed applications into the student information systems to meet operational goals of accuracy and speed
  • Review complete files and participate in the review process for admissions decisions based on evaluation of key criteria; counsel admitted students regarding final enrollment decision process and timeline
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and admissions of students to the program
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
