Position Summary:
The Katz School of Science and Health-the largest graduate school at Yeshiva University, with 1300 master's and doctoral students-is seeking a Director of Graduate Enrollment Management to lead on-site/virtual recruitment, outreach, and enrollment processes in order to meet the School's recruitment goals. The Director will oversee the daily operations of recruiters and the call center; serve as the point person with University teams like admissions processing, registrar, and student finance; and create and present regular funnel and call center reports to the School's executive team and academic leaders.

Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Partnerships, responsibilities include:
- Lead the Admissions team, including hiring, professional development, performance evaluations, and career satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of recruiting inbound and outbound communications, including answering emails, chats, texts, calls, walk-in inquiries, and other emerging platforms. Ensure accuracy of admissions advice and quality of the experience.
- Plan, implement, and oversee all on/off-campus and virtual recruitment events, including information sessions, campus tours, college fairs, and corporate visits to support the work of domestic and international recruiters.
- Oversee the application review process and ensure timely application processing and accuracy of the team's decisions.
- Develop and track enrollment funnel and call center performance metrics. Create reports and present to key stakeholders including administrative and academic leaders.
- Establish benchmarks to improve the CRM system and application process to ensure a smooth application experience for prospective students and improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
- Work with Graduate Student Services, Student Finance, International Student Liaison, and Registrar to help admitted applicants enroll.
- Collaborate with marketing department and social media teams to develop marketing plans and produce collateral.
- Advise prospective students on admission processes and make admission decisions during crunch times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Become familiar with job markets for STEM and Health programs, including student outcomes such as job placements and salaries and internship placements.
- Working with the Office of Student Finance, develop expertise in helping graduate students navigate paying for school, financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
Experience & Educational Background:
- Master's degree
- 5 years of progressive experience in graduate recruitment and admissions
- Demonstrated record of success in enrollment growth
- Demonstrated proficiency in an Admissions/CRM systems
- Flexible schedule, including some travel for recruitment events
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
