Position Summary
Full-time position under the Management Personnel Plan (MPP) available on or after June 16, 2025.
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management, the Senior Director of Enrollment Services provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational management for Enrollment Services. This role oversees critical enrollment functions, including Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Records and Registration, Degree Review and Conferral, Class Scheduling, University Articulation, Veterans Affairs, Athletics Certification, and the PeopleSoft Student System. The Senior Director is responsible for a $1.3 million budget and the effective management of approximately 28 professional and administrative staff, including two management personnel.
As a key member of the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) team, the Senior Director collaborates with campus partners to align enrollment services with institutional goals, remove barriers to student success, and enhance service delivery. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, CSU, and campus policies while driving continuous improvement in enrollment-related processes and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Higher Education Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of seven years progressively responsible experience in enrollment management, student records, admissions, or a related area in higher education including five years in a supervisory capacity.

Salary Range
Anticipated salary will be $10,617 - $13,225 per month plus excellent paid benefits. Salary will depend on the qualifications of the successful finalist.
